Please be aware that we have planned construction works taking place in the property next door and our building will be clad in scaffolding due to essential external works required on the roof. While we are making every effort to minimise causing any inconvenience, you may encounter some noise during your visit to us and our windows may not be fully visible, however we are still open as usual.
When making your booking, please advise us of any health conditions or medication you are taking. You will need to complete a health questionnaire prior to your treatment; please note that for certain medical conditions we require written permission from your doctor to proceed. We provide specific maternity treatments for those in their second or third trimester; treatment is not available in your first trimester.

Arrival
Please arrive atleast 10 minutes before your appointment to register. If you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened out of consideration for the next customer.
Health Conditions
When making your booking please advise us of any health conditions and any medication you are taking. For certain medical conditions, we will require written permission from your doctor to proceed. Please speak to our spa or House Help team for more information.
Pregnancy
We are proud to offer a specialised menu of maternity treatments. Inform your therapist if you are pregnant to allow us to tailor your experience. Please note our pregnancy and safety policy: no treatments can be given in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.
Age Policy
No one under the age of 14 is permitted in our Cowshed spas. Our treatments are specially tailored for adults; however, we do offer treatments to those aged 16-18 with parental consent.
Accessibility
Some of our spas have wheelchair access and all of our spas are suitable for people with visual or hearing impairments. For specific information please contact the venue you would like to visit.

If you would like either a female or male therapist, please let us know when making the booking.
Spa Etiquette
Although we encourage social grooming we request that you refrain from using your mobile when in our spas.
